GOB Silver Team Gymnasts

Gymnastics Skills repitition is necessary to achieve different positions and progressions in this sport. The rate or attendace and duration of time spent on this sport will greatly affect the athelete's skill level. Year around participation on the Silver Team is recommended to help foster continuous improvement. A practice and competitive uniform is required of all Silver Team gymnasts.

 

Silver Team 

Silver 1 and 2 gymnasts are required in the gym for 4 hours a week, and are also welcome to attend drop-in classes. 

 All Silver gymnasts are required to attend competitions

All competitions are in-house

**Some Silvers May Be Invited To a Gold Competition**

 

 

Silver Team

GOB Silver 1 and 2 Teams are generated from our Bronze Teams. The girls have some knowledge and awareness of the skills they are attempting to achieve. Gymnastics now will assist and create the young ladies into strong confident athlete's. 

As the knowledge and skill level of the Silver 2 team advances they are welcome to try out for our Gold Team (June). 

Summer Schedule 

Gymnasts need to pick two days to attend and stick to them. Gymnasts need to maintain 4 hours over the summer.
