What is the Silver Plus Team??

Silver Plus gymnasts are girls who understand the basics of gymnastics; as well as the rules of the Michigan Recreational League. They attend practice 5 hours a week and participate in competitions in and outside of the gym.

The girls in this level are willing to make the commitment to themselves as well as to GOB. Skill level is intermediate.

Practice leotard and Competitive uniform required.
